The pecan has a rich, sweet taste and a beautiful red-brown colour. Raw pecans are versatile and sophisticated. They are delicious on their own or added to granola, salads, and pesto. Halved into convenient small morsels, they're ideal for baking pecan pies and other desserts.

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Store in the refrigerator for up to 12 months.
