Depending on your location, we use postal services such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and local delivery.
If your order in Canada is below $80 CAD (excluding Quebec), the cost is $10 flat fee for shipping. For all the United States, we calculate shipping costs based on your address.

Order between $29.99* and $59.98*, the cost is $5.

Many couriers are having issues due to Covid-19, but rest assured that we tested our resealable packaging and they protect our snacks from the elements and moisture in case there is a delay with delivery.

When processing a return, we’ll refund your payment via the credit card number, etc. you used to make your purchase.
Good question! Nobody likes receiving melted chocolate and candy! Don’t have your chocolate shipped to your house or apartment if nobody is there to receive it. Instead, ship it to your office, or to a pickup location with climate control. We will also ship chocolate and candy with ice packs to help keep them cool. But take note: once we ship the candy out, we can’t take responsibility for it melting, since we can’t control the place it’s delivered to (And unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or replacements). So, plan ahead, and feel free to get in contact us if you need additional assistance!
Super-fresh! Since we’re a wholesaler, we’re bringing in and sending out fresh nuts, seeds, chocolates, dried fruits and other snacks frequently. So, nothing sits around for very long! Once we get it, it pretty much gets packaged and sent out the door to our customers. And we roast our nuts EVERY DAY for incredible freshness and flavour. We also package your nuts WHEN YOU ORDER THEM! Nothing is pre-packed! That’s how fresh they are!
Nuts should be stored in a cool, dry place. All of our products have a "KEEP IT FRESH !" section that mentions the best way to store and keep your snack fresh.
We use transparent, resealable packaging that protects our snacks from the elements and moisture. Also, our packaging is FDA and USDA-compliant.
